Custard being adorable.

Oh, the cuteness just keeps coming — tiny claws, wobbly pounces, and all! It’s hard to believe it’s already been almost two weeks since these little furballs joined our family. What an adventure it has been watching them grow — not just in size, but in personality too!

They may look like harmless jellybean-sized fluffballs, but don’t be fooled — they’re actually savage fuzzy potatoes who attack without warning. A dangling piece of hair? Ambush. My ankle? Target practice. My back while I’m sitting? Launchpad. And yet, for every sneak attack, there’s a pile of purrs afterward, as if to say, “See, human, I’m terrifying but also adorable.”

On the sweeter side, Pork Chop’s (the male kitten) eyes have healed beautifully, thanks to the kindness of a wonderful gal who shared some medicine for his eye infection. Now he’s back to being the brave little explorer of the bunch, leading the charge into new rooms like a tiny adventurer with zero fear. Custard (female kitten) is far behind either — every day they’re getting bolder, braver, and a little more chaotic.

Their meals are leveling up too — soaked kitten kibble is now a big hit, and I’m proud to report we’re still accident-free in the litter box department. True champions! Their naps are shorter, their play sessions longer, and the sass levels? Through the roof.

Hello human!

Meanwhile, the introductions with the rest of the household are slowly unfolding. Mimi (our youngest cat, until now) is still giving them the side-eye, clearly wondering why we thought she needed siblings. The dogs are curious but… let’s just say “gentle” isn’t exactly our Sheepadoodle’s strong suit. Picture a moose trying to tiptoe in ballet shoes — that’s about where we’re at.

It’s been chaos, sweetness, and plenty of laughter. These past two weeks have been such a joy, and I can’t wait to see what kind of trouble (and snuggles) these savage little fuzzballs cook up next.

Stay tuned — the adventure’s just beginning! 🐱💕
